i don't know if i'm missing something here, but if you want to manage big ip in the same vlan as the virtual server, why don't you just manage it through it's interface in that vlan? rather than using the official management interface

 

 

He wants to add a Virtual Server to the VLAN on which his mgmt interface exists.
