Managed Session shows N/A for the user column

We have noticed that the Managed Session list does not include a username, all the entries show up as N/A. Is there a configuration option we need to enable?

    Hi,

    To have user value in active session and report, following variables must be set

    session.logon.last.username        
session.logon.last.logonname
