Active box, management gui. System - High Availability and on this screen you can click on Force to Standby
Active box, command line. Run "b failover standby" or "run /sys failover standby" if using tmsh v11 see "https://devcentral.f5.com/wiki/tmsh.BigpipeMappings.ashx"
