Maintenance page irule for external users authentication

Hi,

 

I needs to apply maintenance page irule for external users but with authentication. Like if any user unknown user will see maintenance page and will not be authenticated and wont get access.

 

Only known user will get access after putting user and password.

 

Anyone used similar scenario and have irule to apply.
