Mail Tips not working

Hi,

 

We have installed F5 load balancer. After configuration of F5 mailtips are not working with Exchange 2010. When we are using the same servers with the host name mail tips are working fine with out any issues.

 

We are getting error message as Your request couldn't be completed.

 

We had used configuration as per the microsoft-exchange-2010-2013-iapp-dg.pdf. We did not use IAP but manually configured everything.

    Hi Neeraj, we recommend using the iApp if you can. It takes care of a lot of details that are easy to miss when manually setting things up.

     

    Can you post the iRule you're using to assign persistence to EWS requests? That's the service used by mail tips, IIRC.

    It is not possible to change the settings using iApp. Let me check the settings of EWS so that i can share the same.
