As the link given below suggests that F5 (non-viprion) model provides 64 mac addresses from it's pool and to find the range which is calculated as base MAC + 3F, performed as hexadecimal addition. I performed the same and found the range as 00:23:e9:7f:9b:43 - 00:23:e9:7f:9b:82.

My question is what are the valid mac addresses in this range and how is it calculated.

I will read the solution, and answer you after.
However, why you are looking this? This something that the system takes care automatically. The only reason you would need to specify mac address is when you want to do mac masquerade.
