Lync A/V not working

IM working fine.   disabled SNAT on AV pools and VIP   can't telnet to VIP 443 from external. Can telnet if I enable SNAT.     Any workaround suggestion?     Thanks

Paul, this sounds like a routing issue. Because of the way you have the network architected, it is possible that your Edge Servers need SNAT in order to pass the response packets back through the BIG-IP.

 

 

The recommended architecture from F5 is having the BIG-IP be the default gateway of the Edge Servers, ensuring response packets get sent back through the BIG-IP.
