We are seeing similar issues where we configured the LTM running 10.2.4 per the latest deployment guide and everything seems to work except the attendee client externally. Through testing, we did notice that if we allow all ports on the A/V UDP 3478 VIP instead of just 3478 the attendee client works just fine externally. Supposedly only port 50000-59999 are used for outbound communication but my testing says differently. Were you ever able to resolve your issue?
