LTM VE can't see hard drive space

Hi, We have a 2 vitual edition LTM that we have provisioned 100GB from VMWare, but the ltm only see 21GB in the GUI. We have had these LTM VE for quite some time and they have been updated to 11.6. I really don't to rebuild them, but I need to installed ASM module, but there is no space. I read through SOL14952: Extending disk space on BIG-IP Virtual Edition and followed the steps w/o any luck.

 

Any ideas?

    Be aware that just because you have 100GB provisioned does not mean that the BigIP will see 100GB. Some of that is reserved for a second boot slot so you can upgrade the device without redeploying. Having said that, you indicate that you followed 14952, but don't give any technical details that would help us to help you. If you are uncomfortable giving that information here, please open a support ticket. Otherwise as a start, what is the output of: tmsh show /sys disk directory Also, do you get a specific error when you try to reprovision (check /var/log/ltm)?
