LTM SMNP Monitoring with N-Central

Hi all,

 

 

Anyone using N-Central (from N-Able) to monitor LTM's using snmp, or does anyone know of any documents on this subject? I'm having a bit of trouble getting this set up. I created a custom service via the N-Central SDK, imported it into N-Central, associated that service to the the LTM device, and set up SNMP agent on the LTM pointing to the N-Central probe.

 

 

I also created a second external self ip address for the probe to poll. Is this correct?

 

 

I think my main problem is that there is a problem with the custom service in N-Central. So if there is anyone that has experience with doing this, any help would be greatly appreciated.
