LTM showing F5 policy default page when accessing web page(VS) through internet

Hi,

 

I am facing a problem on one of my web page hosted through ltm. Issue appears when I open the page from internet some of the time it shows me f5 policy page. Whereas I didn't select any policy in access profile field on specific VS or any where in resources section.I am using version 12.1.2. It seems it related to some configuration issue but I have checked all the possible conditions but unfortunately no luck.

 

Your support will be highly appreciated.

    Hi,

     

    First of can you check that you point in right VS. when your page appears check hostname/IP and VS that you pointing to be sure that this vs don't host any APM Policy.

     

    to check if you have an APM Policy, click on your VS then check that you not set any Access profile.

     

    Second point did you use an Irule?
