LTM not passing SNMP through

Unfortunately I have to allow other departments to pass SNMP through my 9.4.5 LTMs to their servers for monitoring.     SNMP, just doesn't get passed consistently. It's an intermittent issu...

Is the servers pointing to the F5 as thier gateway?
