LTM Loadbalancing Pool Members running on Different TCP ports

Hi team,     We have multiple APP servers running same application on different Ports, we need to load balance all these servers.   Eg:   Server 1 - 10.88.192.3:8886   Server 2 - 10....

Thanks for your response. Port translation is enabled. We are planning to move this in production environment, is this best practice and will there be any issues after migration?
