LTM integration with GTM

We already have some of LTMs integrated with GTM -iquery is running ok.   Now we have to add few LTMs on GTM as servers but in this case there is a firewall in between.   Do I need to open port...

As per my knowledge , For iquery communication port 22 and 4353 is sufficient.
