LTM Health Monitor failing sometimes...?

I have a health monitor that checks for a certain webpage status. It works most of the time but it eventually fails....odd thing is it fails with a 200 OK which is the recieve string?

 

Any ideas why it would fail when it has the proper recieve string coming back?
