May 03, 2021Here is my two cents; yes, I agree - no reason to have more connections on the inside, or overlapping structures if you don't need them. The IPv6 installs that I've done, I have indeed configured them in this way and works a treat.
This makes it especially useful for companies that are in a migration phase or need to start supporting IPv6 without wanting to change anything in the backend.
