LTM as Proxy for Office 365

Hi All,

 

I have created a Virtual Server with the pool member as FQDN outlook.office365.com. But, the reacheability to office365.com from F5 isn't available. Can anyone help me out with how to use the virtual server as the forward proxy? Is it possible and if yes how to achieve this?

    what you are trying to configure is not a forward proxy but a Reverse proxy of a internet service...

     

    What is the monitor used on the pool?

     

    Why are you configuring HTTP service? the default action of the HTTP service of o365 is a redirect to HTTPS.

     

    • default http monitor will fail as 301 is not a valid answer if no receive string is defined.
    • service will never work as you did not define a HTTPS virtual server.
