What is the monitor used on the pool?
Why are you configuring HTTP service? the default action of the HTTP service of o365 is a redirect to HTTPS.
- default http monitor will fail as 301 is not a valid answer if no receive string is defined.
- service will never work as you did not define a HTTPS virtual server.
