Currently have a LTM and a site with iframes. The iframes work but not when put behind the Big-IP. We get a Server Error in "/" Application HTTP 404 it can't find the site. Is there further config...

It should work, I've got a similar scenario. Is the iframe pointing to a different host and, hence, Virtual Server? I'd try running httpfox/fiddler to double check the URL is being accessed correctly. See if that brings anything up of interest.
