LTM 1600 - /usr usage change

Hello,

 

A while ago I upgraded my LTM1600 from 10.2 to 11.5.4. I notice now that before the upgrade we had a total of 1.3G for /usr and we used 1G. Now (on the same system) we have 2.44G and we use 1.84G for the same partition. Does anyone know if something changed between these 2 software versions? I can't seem to find an explanation for this.
