CirrostratusDo you have a valid license for 10.2? I don't think the interfaces will be initialized until the license and config load.
Can you try vmxnet3 for the second and third interfaces?
ethernet1.virtualDev = "vmxnet3"
ethernet2.virtualDev = "vmxnet3"
