LTM (10.2.4) Cisco ACS TACACS and Remote User Group Configuration

First time trying to configure an LTM 10.2.4, with a Remote User Group to work with Cisco ACS 5.3. Need to add a manager with RO access. If anyone has done this with this particular tandem, I'd appreciate any help with links, or tips, or pointers on how to get this accomplished.
