Ltm - gtm integration - Changing self ips

Can someone here help me with below scenario?

We have a ha pair Ltm integrated with gtm and virtual server discovery option is enabled.Now we are in process changing self ips(both floating and local) on these ltms. Is there a way a proper way to do this task .
