Lost sccp password

hello all,   I have lost my sccp password. So, keyswap can not be performed. As host can not communicate with sccp, the system can not bootup normally. Also I can not login the system via webui...

does system bootup issue relate to sccp?

 

 

to reset sccp password, please open a support case. support team can assist you in resetting sccp password to default.
