Lost root password for an F5 box.

Folks,   We have lost the root password for one of our F5 box, this is a F5 1500 or 1600 box. We still have the admin password with us. Any method of recovering this without a console?   regard...

You can change the root password from the GUI. Login with the admin account and navigate to System -> Platform. Edit and click 'update'

Replace root account with admin in Corys suggestion and you'll be able to change it. Good one Cory, did not think of that one.
