Lost connection with MCP

Hi

 

I used 10.2.4 VE and experience this problem

    you had better open a support case. lost connection to mcp is result. there are plenty of possible reasons.

    Solved

     

     

    I tried to deploy new VE v. 10.2.4 ovf file by VMware vsphere and it's worked

     

    That VE that have problem is deploy by 11.3.0 ovf file and I tried to install 10.2.4 in another volume and didn't work.

     

     

    I don't know a root cause for sure. but I see install 10.2.4 into volume of 11.3.0 deployment isn't work. I think I must use software version the same version is when deployment ovf file.
