Looking for 11.6.0 stability feedback
Anyone out there moved up to 11.6.0 yet?
I am looking for some feedback for those of you that have upgraded and are running an APM+LTM combination.
I am currently on 11.5.1 and have some issues with the http request size and the 64k limit going from the LTM to the APM. They have a fix in for 11.3, 11.4, and 11.6 but did not put it in 11.5 or 11.5.1. The HF is currently being worked on for me by product development but I am starting to run up again a schedule issue here for deployment so I am trying to get a feel from real customers about 11.6.0's stability.

We are currently testing it in our test lab at the moment. So far it seems fine, but that's under a limited work load. I know some good features come with it, especially the renaming of VS, Pools and node.
We are thinking about going to it next maintenance weekend.

Hi,
I'm tracking several bugs in 11.6 with f5 support engineers.
I also plan to upgrade my production LTM/GTM/APM systems to 11.6 this spring when I guess all blocking issues will be solved.
But there's also a chance that v12 will be available sooner :)But anyway 11.6 is a pretty useful in my newer SWG and simple LTM/GTM installs.
I would strongly recommend 11.6 if you run 2000/4000 platforms due to better compression policy.

What kind of blocking issues? I am running 6900's and 7200's. - Vsevolod_Petrov

I've found few cosmetic issues with LTM Policies and APM. Some have workarounds. Due to our admins work with both policies frequently I'd prefer to have these fixed.

I'd wait at least until HF4 is available, particularly if APM is being used. There are some stability issues.
