Logger : re-strating tmm, Logger : Re-strating bigd and Logger : Re-strating tmipsecd after ucs upload to version 13.1.0.2

Uploaded UCS from version 11 guest and to version 13 guest with no-license and no-platform check but after successful loading of ucs I started getting the logger messages:

logger : Re-strating bigd

 

logger : Re-strating tmipsecd

 

I was wondering what is the cause for bigd,tmm and tmipsced to restart in loop?
