Local Traffic Policy - How to specify valid IP addresses within Conditions

Hi - I would be grateful for guidance with regard to the following requirement.

 

The following concerns using a Local Traffic Policy, version 11.4.1 I want to specify a Rule that specifies incoming / valid IP addresses

 

I cannot see how this can be done given the list of available "Operands" under conditions. (i.e. various http and tcp)

 

Any ideas
