Loadl Balancing multiple ISP (LTM)

How can I get video, FTP (file transfer) and SIP (VoIP) from an internal LAN through a wilcard virtual server load balancing ISPs to the internet?

I have a wildcard virtual server that supports all protocols, configured for UDP on the configuration -> protocol, and I am able to stream a video with this configuration, but I can't get the other two (FTP and SIP) to work. I can't even ping the machine that I am streaming to.
