Loading... Receiving configuration data from your device

I've updated an HA pair from 12.1.1 build 196 to 12.1.3.1. Everything on HA appeared to be ok after the upgrade. But now when I try to do anything, like make a configuration change, force standby on a node, upload a hotfix, re-activate license, gui hangs on Loading... Receiving configuration data from your device.

 

I've booted back on another partition and finally on the original 12.1.1 partition, rebooted every node at least 7-8 times and now the old version is doing the same ! So I'm stucked here, the nodes are working correctly but I cannot modify anything Maybe someone has experienced the same behavior ?

    Solved. It's mandatory to re-activate license BEFORE upgrading. Since gui hungs for everything, including license reactivation, I've had to do it throug command line
