Load balancing two ISPs? With GTM or LTM?

I would start with the Manual: BIG-IP Link Controller: Implementations Since link controller is just a limited LTM+GTM.

 

If you only have GTM then you will be limited in the types of ISP load balancing you will be able to perform (mainly DNS based for external inbound services).

    Thank you for your response. In this case, the license is the "better" one so I believe that comes with LTM and GTM. So, it sounds like I can accomplish both. I personally thought link controller was another type of license but it sounds like I can create a link controller like scenario for this context.
