Load Balancing Methods per partition

Does this not work for Viprion 2400 w/2150 blades on 11.6.1 HF2? Or have I just got something syntactically wrong? Thanks for any help. Trying to reconcile LB methods per partition to make them consistent with requirements across LTMs. My output is the gigantic aggregate of everything.
