Load balancing DNS- nslookup Server: Unknown

Very new to F5 and needing some help. My Network Engineer configured a DNS pool on the F5 last night and everything is working except, if someone does and NSLookup the result provides Server: Unknown...

You'll need to configure a reverse lookup for the DNS virtual server IP.
