Load balance TCP packet based on tag

Dear Guys,

 

I've an issue to direct certain TCP Packet to a certain pool member based on a tag. so basically this tag contained with Server address.

 

this TCP Packet is actually SIP Message Packet. can you guys please help me for the irule if i use "Layer 4" and "Standard" (with SIP Profile enabled),.

 

fyi : i've used Standard with SIP Profile enabled. but if i use irule with "when SIP_REQUEST", somehow F5 create udp socket to SIP Server although all settings has been made to use TCP instead of UDP, did i miss something?
