We have another ADC on a different network and it had no issues setting up the VIP. I've passed this issue onto our network team since I don't think it is related to any ADC issues. We cannot see any environment differences between the UA ADC (not working) and the PROD ADC (is working). For now we are stuck using the PROD ADC so any help is appreciated!
