load balance between domain

Hi,

 

I am going to use F5 to load balance between couples of domain. I have couples of we servers with different IP's and I am going to load balance between them.

 

they have different IP's but from out side traffic can see one IP and I want to distribute traffic between them.

 

I am not professional in F5 and first time I am using it, Can you guide me for this issue ?

    Hi mzarififar,

     

    we will need a more specific request, please.

     

    I can just try to make a good guess, sorry.

     

    Do you mean all client requests come in from a single IP address and you want to balance these to different real servers?

     

    This would be the case if clients are sharing a proxy.

     

    If we are handling http traffic only and are able to terminate incoming SSL traffic on the virtual server, we can use the de-multiplexing capability (aka F5 OneConnect) in combination with cookie persistence to distribute the incoming client requests equally and to make sure requests from the same client are always directed to the same real server.

     

    Did I got it right?
