Load aware failover method calculation clarification

I just have a doubt regarding Load aware failover method.

 

Is the HA capacity of other members (at Dev Management - Device) included at the calculation of the next active device, or just the HA load factor of each device at other traffic groups or at the current traffic group as well?

 

What if you just have one traffic group using Load aware as the failover method?

 

Could you specify the calculation of the next active for Load aware failover method if possible?
