Listener IP can be accessed via internet.

I have a LC running on 9.31. We have recently discovered that our listener IP can be accessed from the internet. You will be prompted for username password. Is there a way to block this only from the internet?

    Yes, you can lock this down. See SOL7317 for details on locking down the self-IPs (which I'm assuming is what you're using for a listener address):

  • my opinion is , listener = wide ip's

     

    it will pretty accessed by through cloud...

     

    the sol7317 is fine to you..

     

    revert if any..
