List of Continents/Countries for Geolocation

Hello forum...   I am trying to locate a listing of the continent and country codes that the Geolocation database uses. I have tried searching the F5 document repositries and cannot find a listing...

The country codes are iso 2 letter codes. Not sure about continent sorry...
