Link Controller "QoS" link Monitoring

I am looking at various possibilities for Link Controller link monitoring. As I see form documentation, there are various monitors that you can apply to link monitoring, but none of the preconfigured monitor gives me the possibility (out of the box, at least) to detect link quality degradation – for example: I would like to switch traffic over to the other link if I lose 50% of ICMP in one minute over the first link. Or, for example, if the response time significantly increases over the first link. So I am really looking for a »QoS« like monitor, so to speak.

Do any such monitoring options exist in the Link Controller module?
