Mar 29, 2008Link Controller problem about Inbound Wide-IP
Hello,
I've a problem about Link Controller about Inbound Wide-IP, my scenario of problem is..
ISPA 58.100.100.100 (Router A ISP A)
ISPB 200.100.100.100 (Router B ISP B)
F5 Link Controller, has 3 VLANs 2 for 2ISPs, and another for Internal
I've a 3 Virtual Server, 1 for Internal to Internet Pool (Wildcard Virtual Server) and 2 others is Virtual Server for 2 ISPs, all services.
I've a problem about when I finished to create Virtual Server, I go to "Inbound Wide IP" menu for create this, but Virtual Server cannot create.
Thanks for advanced

Are you getting an error message, or is there some other problem?

I think I have seen the same issue you are describing before.
To have a Virtual Server appear in the Inbound Wide-IP you must make port/protocol specific and not all services. For instance, if you are wanting to create a www.customer.com inbound wide-IP, create the two Virtual Servers for each ISP on TCP port 80. You will then see the Virtual Server in the Inbound Wide-IP.
Hope this helps.

Hi,
I am seeing the exact same problem. I have created the virtual servers however cannot assign them to a wide IP. Specifing a single port has not helped.
