Link Controller Links and WideIPs appeared in Offline status while the LC is in standby

Hello Joel,

I think that gtm part is not synced (gtm synchronisation was not done correctly). Please can you create a fake wideip and check if this wide ip si replicate on the standby member (I think not). If it is the case, i can help you to set sync between both member...
