Link Controller inbound config

Hi Everyone,

 

A lot of you on this forum must have use F5 Link Controller, can someone explain in detail how the F5-LC out bound load balancing works? what are the things needed to be changed on the ISP end if any or as part of this box coming into network if anything extra is required to be done by the network administrator.
