EmployeeInbound should not be an issues as the traffic is directed down a specific link using DNS responses to manipulate the path taken. Outbound would not be possible, without performing additional configurations on both the firewall and router to manipulate the paths via NAT, and PBR. Utilizing a single router you would likely have to utilize PBR to manipulate outbound routing regardless where the LTM+GTM appliances sit.
