Link Controller: Automatic Bandwidth adjustment (CIR)

I have a question. Can LC do automatic bandwidth adjustment or adding of the total of 2 links if one link fails? I'll be setting up 2 Links, Link A and Link B with 2Mbps and 4Mbps respectively. When L...

If the 4Mbps side goes down then it would have no choice but to use the 2Mbps link anyway, so the costing wouldn't matter. The costing is not a hard limit, it just tells LC to use the least expensive link in any given situation.
