LineRate: License is expired - no auto renewal

Hi Angela, can you provide a little more detail around whether you are trying to activate a subscription license or trial license? In either case, can you provide the last block of the RegKey (should be 7 letters)?
Also, you mention that you were able to originally get the system up and running. Around what date did that activation occur?
