limitation of ltm when I have ASM license
Hi, I have an F5 only with license for ASM and I am in the last version, do you know which limitations we have with this license in LTM, because I can see that I have the possibility to do a load balacing with round robin and ratio.
Please can you describe me all the limitations of LTM when I have the license for ASM?

Im not sure if understand correctly , F5 LTM will do more functionalities like SSL encryption and load balance with multiple pool members and we can even modify/improve the performance of application with http profiles.
Main limitation,if you want run LTM and ASM on same hardware ,need do take consideration of L4 traffic throughput and CPU and memory.
Thx Srini

I don’t know if there is an article about such limitation.
ASM stand-alone features contains all LTM features except load balancing (Max 1 pool member).
Our local F5 SE team said that ASM is able to load balance pool with 3 members in last version (13.1) like APM and AFM.

You can buy a standalone ASM licence without LTM
