limit IKE phase 1 to "main mode"

How do I disable IKE phase 1 "aggressive mode" altogether ? I'm running a few IPSec per to peer tunnels between multiple BigIPs (11.5.1), all remote peer definitions set use main mode, but where do I disable the acceptance of aggressive mode on the local device ?
