Licensing problems

If I read correctly, it looks like pyControl is either covered by the iControl EULA, or by GPL. I was hoping to use the EULA, but that is not too helpful. When it talks about redistributable files in sections 1e and 1f, it only allows redistribution in object form of sample code. Does this mean that pycontrol cannot be distributed as part of a commercial app that we have developed?

 

 

It would sure make life easy if pyControl was just licensed under the BSD or MIT license.
